Plus, brand new music from Anberlin and Wolves at the Gate.

Family Force 5 dropped a huge announcement yesterday. Solomon Olds, a.k.a. Soul Glow Activator, will be stepping down from the band. Crouton will transition from the party in the back to the business up front,  and the band has brought on Teddy Boldt as their new drummer. You can find the full announcement on their Facebook page, and they’ve got a video introducing the new lineup.

A pair of bands have posted new music from their upcoming albums. First up is Anberlin, with their new track “City Electric”. It will be one of the new songs on Devotion: Vital Special Edition, which is out on October 15th.

Next up is Wolves At The Gate, who have posted the first cover from their Back To School EP. It’s for the song “Understanding In A Car Crash,” originally done by Thursday. The full EP will release a week from today.
