Mike Mains & The Branches have announced that in place of a winter EP, they’ll be releasing a full length record this spring! Jared talk with Mike recently, here’s part of that interview:

Mike: As a writer I just wanted to push myself. And I think, just as a band, we really wanted to challenge ourselves to take a big step forward. And that’s a lot of the reason why it’s taken so long is that we’ve really been trying to hone in on that sound. But it’s been an incredible time. We’ve been working with a producer out of Atlanta and we’ve been here for over a month now. And it’s tracked and now it’s just a long, long mix and master process.
