We are just a few short days from the release of Skillet’s new album Rise, which hits stores this Tuesday. To get you ready, the band has posted a lyric video for the title track.

Mike Mains and the Branches are in the studio in Nashville putting the finishing touches on Calm Down, Everything Is Fine. The band hopes to have the album in the hands of backers next month.

For Today will be heading to South America in October to play a pair of shows; one in Colombia and one in Brazil.

Wolves at the Gate have posted some free downloads via Purevolume, including an earlier unreleased demo recording that has been extended and remastered.

Pioneer is coming back, with a slightly different lineup. They’ll be playing their first show in Indianapolis on August 14th.
