The Gray Havens perform High Enough in one take

The Gray Havens recently posted footage of an acoustic rendition of their song “High Enough” that was recorded in Colorado this past February. You can check it out on their Facebook page.

The Gray Havens – High Enough One Take

Back in February we were driving thru beautiful/mountainous Colorado and stopped to do this one-take of our song High Enough. I (Dave) attempted the rap but can’t really come anywhere close to how @prophiphop does it. ⁣⁣Thanks to our amazing cellist Hitoshi Yamaguchi (who we’re planning to have play with us this coming Thursday night for our online concert!) and acting cameraman @asherpetersonmusic for sticking it out in the cold for this one (and it was really cold). And special thanks to @austinbowervideo for some help with video post-production! Hope you guys have a great Saturday!

Back in March, they made the special acoustic version of their song “Storehouse” featuring John Mark McMillan available to everyone and you can grab it for yourself right here.

The song was offered as an early download to anyone who donated to the duo’s campaign to support them as they continue in their quest to make music full-time. It’s not too late to help them out by donating and you can find out more below.
