Nate should DEFINITLY train before the Mud Run thing.
Matt, from “The Classic Crime” did one and they are crazy. This one section you have to run through a huge line of hanging electrical wires, over a brick wall, and there are also haybales scatterd all over the ground in the same section. So you have to duck, & dodge & jump… Etc. while getting stuck in the mud and zapped by the wires. Insane, but it also sounds really fun.
