How do I log in?
HOW DO I LOG IN?

It’s easy! Just click Donor Login, enter your email address, and we’ll email you a private link to your donor login. Make sure you enter an email address you’ve used before when donating to RadioU, and note that your emailed link will expire after thirty minutes if you don’t use it.

WHAT CAN I DO HERE?

You can update your name, email address(es), mailing address, payment methods including credit or debit card and ACH, and your recurring monthly donations.

You can also view your donation history, although because we transitioned to a new donation management system last summer, donations from before then won’t yet be displayed here.

WHAT IS RADIOU.CHURCHCENTERONLINE.COM?

Our search for a best-of-breed donation management system led us to an application commonly used by churches. Emailed donation receipts and your donor login will use this domain.

How do I update my monthly donation?
TO CHANGE YOUR MONTHLY DONATION DATE

In the Recurring Donations area, click Manage to change which day your donation should run each month.

TO CHANGE YOUR MONTHLY DONATION’S PAYMENT METHOD

Prevent interruption to your monthly giving by following these steps (in order):

  1. ADD: In the Payment Methods area, choose Add Credit Card/Debit Card or Add Bank Account
  2. SELECT: In the Recurring Donations area, click Manage and select your new payment method
  3. DELETE: You may then remove the old payment method if desired

After making any payment method change, please verify your recurring donation is not “on hold.”

TO CHANGE YOUR MONTHLY DONATION AMOUNT

In the Recurring Donations area, add a new recurring donation for the new amount. Then, delete your previous recurring donation. Or, just use our Update Preferences form below to request a change to your monthly donation amount.

How do I pause or stop a monthly donation?
TO PAUSE YOUR MONTHLY DONATION

In the Recurring Donations area, click Manage to change your monthly donation’s status to “On hold through…” Choose a date to restart. Note that your donation stays on hold through the date you specify, so please verify the “next donation date” is displayed correctly before continuing.

TO CANCEL YOUR MONTHLY DONATION

In the Recurring Donations area, click Manage for options to either delete your recurring donation or to set its status to “On hold.”

Where will my donation receipts be sent?
Donation receipts are sent to the email addresses listed on your profile, and you can also log in using any address shown.
Can I still reach a real human?
Absolutely! Just use our Update Preferences form below, or call us at 1-877-855-GIVE (4483), and we’ll be happy to make any of these changes for you!
