Winter Jam Ticket Week contest rules

• Prize description. Ten winners will each receive a pair of tickets to Winter Jam, January 24, 2026 at the Schottenstein Center in Columbus, Ohio. Total prize value $30.
• Grand prize description. One winner will receive the Winter Jam SuperFan Experience grand prize. Grand prize value is approximately $679.
• Eligibility. Entries will be accepted during the contest period, which begins Monday, January 5, 2026 at 6 AM ET and ends Friday, January 9, 2026 at 8 AM ET. To be eligible, each entry must include the entrant’s first and last name, email address, and mobile phone number. Entrants must be at least thirteen years of age. Only one entry per valid mobile phone number for the duration of the contest period will be eligible. Using any means to automate entry is prohibited. No purchase is required to enter or win, and a purchase will not increase the odds of winning, which will depend on the number of eligible entries received. No substitutions are allowed.
• Means of entry. Entries are made by texting the specified keyword “JAM” to 1-877-2-RADIOU (1-877-272-3468) and following the resulting registration instructions.
• Drawing. A random drawing of ten winners from among all eligible entries received will occur Friday, January 9, 2026. The winners will be notified by text message, email, and/or telephone call. Tickets will be mailed via USPS; to be eligible, each winner must provide a valid USPS mailing address. If any winner is found to be ineligible or is unwilling or unable to accept the prize, the prize will be forfeited. Additionally, one grand prize winner will be drawn from among the ten preliminary winners. If the grand prize winner is found to be ineligible or is unwilling or unable to accept the grand prize, a backup winner will be drawn, or RadioU may choose not to award the prize. RadioU is not responsible for any lost, delayed, misdirected, miscategorized, damaged, or unreceived entry, email, text message, telephone call, voicemail, or postal mail.
