twenty one pilots announces largest hometown show ever at Ohio Stadium

twenty one pilots and NayNay at Ohio Stadium

twenty one pilots just announced what will be the largest hometown show they’ve ever played in Columbus, Ohio: a concert at Ohio Stadium on Saturday, October 17th. The Shoe can fit up to 102,780 people, not counting the field. U can find more details HERE.

The band teased fans leading up to the moment by having fans hang up signs saying “FRØM HERE” on them, to signify how they started advertising their concerts with yard signs back in the late 2000’s. The week leading up to the announcement, they hung up more posters with the same signage at all the former venues in town that they had performed at. This all led up to the final sign cast onto the front of Ohio Stadium that said “TØ HERE” to signify how far the band has come.

Watch the live version of their song “Downstairs” on YouTube. Hoping that they play this at the show!
